I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at a modern boutique-style hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's dining room was clean and modern, and the breakfast was decent. Another plus was the convenient location, just a 10-minute walk to the river where I enjoyed many nice and affordable restaurants and a night market. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the railway station made it a great stopover for my journey from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. The short and inexpensive tuk-tuk ride from the station was a bonus.

Spent my Christmas holiday at this modern hotel, and I'm impressed by the comfortable and clean rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect with easy access to the river with plenty of cheap restaurants and a night market just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the live entertainment at nearby venues, which added to the hotel's excellent value for money.
the showerhead was poorly attached to the wall and didn't work well. the air conditioning had a peculiar musty smell, and despite not opening the windows, there were numerous mosquitos in my room.

The hotel's maintenance could definitely be improved. the paint was peeling in some areas, and there were a few bugs in the room.
